Hire a team that never clocks out.

Harby is a workspace where AI agents work like staff. Each one has a job, its own files, the tools it needs, and a schedule, so the work is done by the time you check in.

HOW IT WORKS

Staff a space in three steps.

Think of it like setting up a small office: a room, some hires, and a weekly rhythm.

01

Open a space

Every project or team gets its own room, with shared files, docs, and its own staff of agents.

02

Hire your agents

Give each agent a job description, the connections it needs, and nothing it doesn't. Chat with it like a teammate.

03

Put them on routines

Schedules in plain English. Agents run on time, post results back to the space, and flag anything that needs you.

AGENTS

Coworkers with real job descriptions.

A roster of specialists, each hired to do one job well.

  • Its own computer. Every agent gets its own file system, memory, and workspace to think in between runs.
  • Scoped permissions. An agent only touches the tools you hand it.
  • Chat like a teammate. Ask for status, hand over a task, review its work.

ROUTINES

Work that happens on a schedule.

A good coworker shows up on Monday without being asked. Routines run your agents overnight, on weekends, every hour, and post the results where the team can see them.

"Every weekday at 7am, triage the inbox."

CONNECTIONS

Nothing reaches your tools without a yes.

Every action an agent takes on Gmail, Slack, or any connected service passes through Harby first. You decide what happens per action, per agent: Always runs it automatically, Ask pauses until you approve, Never blocks it outright.

MODELS

One team, many brains.

Harby isn't tied to one model. A director agent runs on the best reasoning model and breaks your ask into pieces, then hands each piece to a smaller, faster, cheaper agent. Claude, GPT, GLM, DeepSeek: every agent uses the brain that fits its job, and you only pay for the thinking each task actually needs.

SANDBOX

Every agent comes with its own computer.

The moment you hire an agent, Harby spins up a machine for it in the cloud — included with the agent, nothing for you to set up or supply. That's its sandbox: its own computer with its own everything, where it writes files, runs code, and keeps long-lived work between runs.

  • Provisioned on hire. The computer appears with the agent and is retired with it. You never install, maintain, or provide a machine.
  • Isolated by default. Its own files, its own memory, its own processes. One agent can't see another's sandbox, and none of them can see your computer.
  • Persistent. Files and context survive between runs, and the agent picks up where it left off.

SKILLS

Teach once, reuse everywhere

Write down how your team does something, and every agent in the space can follow it.

MOBILE

Your team, in your pocket

The iOS app keeps you in the loop: review work, approve requests, and nudge an agent from anywhere.

ANALYTICS

See the work, and the bill

Every run is logged: what each agent did, what it changed, and what it cost.

MARKETPLACE

A marketplace of domain-specific agents.

Want a bookkeeping agent? Don't build one, hire one. Every agent comes ready to work: its routines, skills, and connections included. One click, and it takes its first shift.
